Katy TX store 287 -Bad Experience

It appears that reviews for the company all over the nation are tied to this one company name. (see Winterpark FL review) I am in Katy TX and my review is specific to location 287..be sure to list your state. My experience was a memorable one for the worst reasons. I recieved a fruit bouquet which became the gift that keep on giving for the rest of the evening. Within minutes of consuming a few pieces of fruit I became nauseous and subsequently vomited and well imagine the rest. It was terrible but not as terrible as the lack of the concern from the manager Jose? who hid behind the sales associated and showed a lack of concern. At best a coupon was offered for a future purchase (he communicated thru her) Now how many people would care to go back to a place that made them sick? This was a gift from a family member and all I wanted was a refund for them. I did not touch the arrangement after that and even returned the bouquet to the store minus 4 skewers. They even have the planters bowl it came in. The mgr wasn't present but I left a note.He couldn't care less. A week has gone by still no call. You would be better off making a fruit salad.It is economical and won't have a chemically taste. I would like to make it clear that outside of 5 hrs prior my breakfast a bagel was all I had. I woke up from a nap had the fruit and that was all she wrote. This review is for the Katy Texas store number 287 location. June 2010
