After consulting with many "top docs" here in Houston I chose Dr. Eisemann as my plastic surgeon. I had a Central Body Lift and I look and feel absolutely fabulous. Dr. Eisemann and his staff were very professional and extremely friendly. I had a complete understanding of my surgery options and felt Dr. Eisemann took time to address my concearns. I would recommend Dr. Eisemann to anyone who is considering plastic surgery. At times the wait was long but I knew I would eventually be seen...so my advice is: BRING A BOOK! My experience with this doctor and his staff has been a positive one and well worth the wait.

Had a consult for a breast augmentation. Initially the office staff was great. Very prompt with information. But that didn't take long to change. Waited a long time at his office in the lobby and room. Doctor came in like he just ran a marathon. Hair messed up, clothes wrinkled. Not someone you would consider for breast augmentation. Hello! Attention to detail! Very negative during consultation. Did not let me talk. Then made me pay for the consult! Started complaining about women getting there breast too big from the beginning of the appointment. He seemed a little irritated. To top it all off, he quoted me a price in writing and then tried to up the price! He said the prices went up since the e-mail and it wouldn't be fair to the rest of his patients if he charged me the first quote. What? Office staff had no personality! Don't waste your time or money. Go to Dr. Steely! He was excellent!

I have been suffering with chronic sinusitus for 2 years which causes severe migraines. I went to my family doctor who referred me to his friend Dr. Eisemann. Went in for a consult waited 30 min in the waiting area then another 30 min in the room. He came in talked to me for 5-10 min and told me to get a ct scan which I had to call and schedule and gave me a RX for Allegra. I had my ct scan done then saw Dr. Eisemann again for him to tell me we will schedule you for surgery. My insurance approved the surgery. Dawn said that they would call me to schedule an apptointment in the beginning of June and here it is July. I called to ask why has no one called me and she was not sure. I waisted my time on what I thought was a great doctor and great staff turned out to be a nightmare. I waisted so much time to drive to the medical center from Katy and waisted my money on copays for nothing. I would not recommend this doctor!

while I agree that the office visit requires a long wait time, I actually had the surgery done, and was quite happy with my new nose! everyone who's seen me says "you'd never know it's a nosejob!" including a friend of mine who also had one...I am referring a friend of mine to him, because her mom was so impressed with my nose job, she wanted his info

Went in for a BR consult, made me wait over an hour and rushed me out of the consult in 10 minutes. Arrogant and told me my procedure was cosmetic and that insurance would NEVER cover it. Office staff tried to sell me facial products while I was there. Left in tears. . . found another PS who was willing to take the time to listen, had my procedure done with him and the best thing, it was covered 100% by the insurance company!!
